PAYMENT POLICY
- Services are provided and billed by Seawren Acupuncture & Apothecary.
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- Currently, Seawren Acupuncture & Apothecary does not accept insurance.
- If you have acupuncture coverage through your insurance policy, we would be happy to provide you with a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to see if your policy covers acupuncture. Not all insurance companies cover a full course of acupuncture treatments and may have stipulations for the conditions covered.
- Deductibles, co-payments, or other applicable fees may be involved depending on your insurance policy.
- Gift certificates are available.
WE ACCEPT CASH, PERSONAL CHECK, DEBIT CARDS, AND MOST MAJOR CREDIT CARDS (VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, AMEX), Venmo, PayPal.
There will be a $30 fee for every returned check.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee. No call no shows will be charged the full treatment amount. Thank you for your understanding.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. We do not guarantee and may be unable to accommodate a full treatment if you are 15 or more minutes late.
